Synopsis
Seventeen year old Adam Tangle is alone and afraid. After a call from his pregnant girlfriend, he embarks on a journey that takes him far from home. On a muddy riverside path it appears that Adam's bleak existence might overwhelm him, when an unexpected intervention breeches his darkness and seems to offer hope.
The Finding of Adam Tangle is an absorbing, heart-wrenchingly bleak account of life in contemporary culture. The effects of the unchecked individualism of our age are summed up in this first-person account of a single day in the life of a desperate adolescent.
